Voltaa Mobility has launched a new mobility app in Nigeria that brings electric passenger rides, delivery dispatch, and truck rental bookings into one platform.

For passenger trips, Voltaa positions its service as ride-hailing with a chauffeur-style experience, meaning professionally driven rides rather than informal pickups. Users enter a destination, confirm pickup, review the fare, and choose a payment method in the app. After a driver is assigned, customers can track the vehicle in real time.

Voltaa says it has built in safety features such as GPS monitoring, an in-app SOS button, and customer support. It also says drivers go through verification and periodic checks.

The same app also supports commercial truck rentals for moving larger loads within Lagos and across states. Customers describe the load, select a truck size, schedule pickup, and receive a quote from Voltaa’s operations team before confirming. Users can then track the driver heading to the pickup point.

For smaller items, the dispatch and courier service covers documents and parcels. Senders can track deliveries live, and a delivery code is used to confirm the right handover.
