SimpleOne released version 1.36.0 of its low code GenAI platform with permission aware file access, better filters, API token rotation, and shorter list headings.
SimpleOne has released version 1.36.0 of its low code GenAI platform. The update adds permission aware access for files in records, plus changes to lists, filters, and API authentication.
SimpleOne said the main change in version 1.36.0 is “secure access” to files. Attachments and images in records now open and download based on the user’s permissions. This means a file should only be visible to users who have rights to see it.
The update also changes how list filters work. SimpleOne said links to a filtered list are no longer limited by length. Users can share a single link with a complex set of conditions and another person will see the same set of records, for example all open requests for a specific client.
For integrations, SimpleOne added authorization token rotation through the API. The company said integrators who set up login through external authentication systems can now refresh an authorization token before it expires. SimpleOne said this can prevent a user from needing to sign in again during long work sessions.
SimpleOne also introduced shorter headers for fields shown through “dot walking,” which is when a field is pulled through a chain of related records. Administrators can now set their own short titles instead of long technical names. The company said it plans to extend this approach to forms.
Separately, SimpleOne said it replaced the library used for report visualisation. Existing reports and common workflows remain the same, and the platform no longer depends on a proprietary component.
SimpleOne framed the release around growing enterprise needs as customers move more department workflows onto one platform. In a quote, Ilya Radchenko, Director of Platform Products at SimpleOne (ITG Corporation), said requirements are rising for access separation, integration with corporate authentication systems, and independence from third party proprietary components. He added that data security and technological independence remain priorities on the product roadmap.
SimpleOne said the new platform version is available to existing customers on request.
