Individuals find the right products. Businesses reach the right audience. One platform, free for both.
Prembly has rolled out a redesigned dashboard built around business workflows, with a customizable Overview and reorganized sections like Customer 360.
Prembly has announced a redesigned dashboard that reorganises navigation around business workflows.
The update adds a customizable Overview and groups related tools and customer information into connected workspaces.
Prembly said its dashboard used to be organised around individual products and endpoints. It said this meant users had to move across separate product sections when tasks were related.
Prembly said the redesigned dashboard now focuses on the work teams need to complete. It listed onboarding customers, verifying identities, detecting fraud, managing cases, and monitoring compliance.
A key change is a customizable Overview. Prembly said the Overview is meant to be a more personalised starting point for daily activities and an “operational home” for information a team needs.
Prembly also said it reorganised core capabilities so users can manage related activities in one place.
Prembly said Customer 360 has been moved into the main navigation. It described Customer 360 as a single customer profile that brings together information across the Prembly platform, including verifications, screenings, fraud signals, onboarding activities, and cases.
Prembly said onboarding tools such as SDK Setup, flows, sessions, drop-offs, and automated decisions are now grouped under Onboarding and Workflows.
It also said modules now have their own history and reporting, and that Cases has been made more prominent. Prembly said Cases now pulls together My Queue, All Cases, workflows, and escalations into one workspace for issues that need human attention.
Prembly said Compliance has been grouped into one section, bringing together Compliance Lens, obligations, filings, signals, and a calendar. It said Analytics is positioned as a central place to identify patterns across the platform, generate reports, answer business questions, and schedule recurring insights.
Prembly said it is working towards role-based activation, so the dashboard becomes more relevant to each user. It also said notifications and system status will remain easy to access without cluttering the main navigation.
Prembly linked to dashboard documentation and invited users to join its Slack community to speak with its engineers about the new dashboard.
