Individuals find the right products. Businesses reach the right audience. One platform, free for both.
Maiaddy Business is live in Nigeria, letting SMEs create, verify, and manage addresses, hours, and contacts in one dashboard across Maiaddy apps.
Maiaddy has launched Maiaddy Business, a new platform for Nigerian companies to verify and manage their digital identity in one place.
Maiaddy Business is now available on the web and inside the Maiaddy mobile app. The product lets businesses create, claim, and verify a business profile, then keep key details updated from one account.
The dashboard is built around basic but important data, including address, opening hours, contact details, and business locations. Verification here means confirming a business profile is real, so customers see fewer fake or outdated listings.
Maiaddy says this solves a common SME problem, inconsistent information across multiple channels. In practice, many small businesses update Instagram, WhatsApp, Google listings, and local directories separately, and details often drift.
The launch builds on Maiaddy’s wider work in location infrastructure. The startup previously introduced “Loccodes,” which it describes as a human-friendly location reference system, similar to a short code you can share instead of a long address.
Maiaddy CEO Obinna Onyejeli said the company is positioning Maiaddy Business as a link between its location code system and day-to-day commerce. The company also says businesses will get free “spatial marketing,” meaning they can show up in Maiaddy’s discovery and mapping surfaces without paying for ads.
For Nigerian SMEs, accurate business details can directly affect trust and sales, especially as more customers search online before visiting a physical location. A single source of truth for addresses and hours can reduce missed deliveries, wrong directions, and customer frustration.
For Maiaddy, Maiaddy Business moves it beyond maps into business identity and discovery infrastructure. The company says future updates will add insights on how customers find a business and deeper connections to other products in its ecosystem.
Maiaddy has not shared user numbers or adoption targets yet. Still, the product sets it up to compete for a role in how Nigerian businesses build and maintain their digital presence.
