JibuDocs is an AI-enabled document management and legal research platform for legal and accounting teams that digitizes physical and digital documents (including scanned PDFs) into searchable, structured records with no manual data entry.

Key capabilities include:

• Centralized document management: Drag-and-drop uploads, a private repository for storing and arranging documents, and SharePoint integration. Uploaded files automatically become searchable.
• Search across private and public legal content: Content-based search (not just titles), advanced filters, intelligent suggestions, and document previews. It also provides access to a public repository of approximately 800,000 East African tax and legal documents.
• Automatic summaries and structured extraction: Document summaries plus dynamic field extraction that adapts by type (for example, tax cases vs estate cases), with fields that can be customized by specialization.
