Haraka Property

Haraka Property is a web-based rental property management platform for landlords and property managers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), with a tenant mobile app and an owner read-only portal.

It centralizes day-to-day operations so teams can track occupancy, payments, communication, and paperwork from one dashboard.

• Property, unit, and lease management: create rental contracts, link properties, units, tenants, and leases, invite tenants, and store lease documents and attachments in each tenant file.
• Rent collection tracking for local payment methods: follow paid, overdue, and pending statuses, record Mobile Money payments (Orange Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa) and track bank transfers in the tenant dossier, with reports for accounting.
• Maintenance and communication workflows: collect maintenance requests with photos, send alerts, message tenants inside the platform, and broadcast group messages by property for faster coordination.
• Documents and reporting: keep a centralized document library (leases, receipts, notices), monitor occupancy, and share performance via a read-only owner portal.

Available on Web (management dashboard) plus a tenant app on Android.

It primarily serves landlords, property managers, and real estate agencies, while tenants use the mobile app to view lease and payment information and report issues, and owners or investors use the read-only portal.

Notable for its DRC-focused setup, including French-language UI and support for widely used local payment rails, plus an optional property catalogue for listing available units without requiring advertising to use the management tools.
