eProd

eProd is a supply chain management system for agribusinesses and cooperatives that source from large networks of smallholder farmers and suppliers.

It supports day-to-day outgrower and supplier operations while meeting traceability and export requirements:

• Farmer registration and profiling with structured records and GPS mapping of fields, groups, and collection points to improve visibility across sourcing networks
• Contract farming operations, including input and asset distribution, loans and repayments, and performance monitoring to track recoveries and supplier accountability
• Produce purchasing and quality management, including quality assessment and quality-based payments (bonuses, fines, and commissions) to align incentives with grade standards
• End-to-end traceability from field to buyer, using mapped locations and field polygons to support compliance needs (including certification schemes such as GlobalGAP, UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, and EUDR)
