So, I tried opening a corporate bank account with Brass, and after submitting every required document, my account has been stuck in “pending review” for almost a month. There was absolutely no communication about the review process, no estimated timeline, and no updates whatsoever. To make things worse, when I sent an email asking for a progress update or even a rough timeframe, I got completely ignored. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
