ARED is an edge infrastructure and decentralized cloud platform for African SMEs, venues, transport fleets, smart buildings, and government programs that need local digital services that keep working under unreliable connectivity.

Key capabilities include:

• Shiriki Edge application suites (on-site): modules for managed Wi-Fi, access control, and captive portals, plus local portals, content hubs, and mini-app experiences designed to run at each location.
• AI and automation on the edge: support for AI camera analytics, chatbots, and on-site automation, paired with dashboards and reporting for operational visibility.
• Managed edge infrastructure: edge nodes delivered as a service with compute acceleration (CPU plus GPU/NPU), local storage, and radios including Wi-Fi, LTE/5G (optional), LoRa, and Zigbee 3.0.
• Decentralized Cloud Services: deploy containerized applications across a distributed edge fabric without owning the hardware layer, with managed compute, storage, updates, monitoring, and secure syncing.
