Rivia Clinics says revenue grew 74.2% quarter on quarter in Q3 2026 and it closed a strategic investment round led by Fair Equity.
Rivia Clinics published its Q3 2026 update, reporting 74.2% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth and a strategic investment round led by Germany-based Fair Equity.
Rivia Clinics said Q3 2026 was driven by “high-value specialist consultations,” better medication availability, and changes to how patients are routed across its operated clinics.
The company reported 74.2% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth. It said the growth was driven by expanding in-house specialist services, improved pharmacy stocking, and direct care coordination.
Rivia also said it closed a strategic investment round led by Germany-based Fair Equity, with follow-on support from Sadeeka Porter.
On the partnerships side, Rivia said it welcomed MultiPro as an employer partner in a multi-hundred-thousand GHS annual agreement covering over 400 employees. It also said it added six other corporate employer partners across food, hospitality, legal, and technology sectors.
Operationally, Rivia said its patient platform delivered 22,652 total visits across all RiviaOS-integrated facilities. It said Rivia Access corporate membership visits grew by 39% quarter on quarter to 2,350 visits. It added that diagnostics and pharmacy operations together accounted for nearly two-thirds of healthcare services revenue.
For footprint expansion, Rivia said it established a satellite Rivia Clinic in Amrahia in August through a co-location agreement with Diagnostic Center Limited. It also said it is executing targeted minority ownership acquisitions in six key clinic locations, including Tema, Adenta, Koforidua, and East Legon.
Rivia said it launched an internal procurement and inventory business unit. It also said Nana Kofi Nyarko-Appiah joined to lead the unit, bringing healthcare supply chain experience from Claron International Hospital.
Rivia’s update links growth to specialist services, pharmacy availability, and care coordination, plus employer partnerships that can drive repeat visits through managed care for staff.
The company is also combining clinic rollout with minority stakes and a dedicated procurement and inventory unit, which could help it maintain supply stability and tighter quality control across its network as it expands.
