Individuals find the right products. Businesses reach the right audience. One platform, free for both.
Lorikeet launched Dreamweaver, an AI tool inside its Concierge agents that aims to raise customer lifetime value across voice, SMS and email.
Lorikeet has launched Lorikeet Dreamweaver, a new feature inside its Concierge agents. Lorikeet says it gives each customer a personal account manager that works toward business goals like activation, retention, or lifetime value.
Lorikeet Dreamweaver is designed for consumer businesses that cannot afford dedicated human account managers for every customer.
A business sets a goal, then Dreamweaver checks in on a schedule and when something changes, such as a drop in product usage or a stall in a sign up funnel. It can send a message on the customer’s preferred channel, create a task for the team, or do nothing.
Lorikeet says Dreamweaver “remembers the whole person” by keeping context on customer history, learning when they reply, and how they prefer to be contacted.
It also “learns from the team,” because staff notes shape what the agent does next. Lorikeet says approaches that work for one customer can be applied across the business’s account.
Lorikeet says every message is checked against contact hours, limits, and consent. It also uses a holdout group, a set of customers who do not receive the Dreamweaver experience, to measure impact.
Steve Hind, co-founder and CEO of Lorikeet, said: “Our customers set the goals and the guardrails. Lorikeet gives every customer an agent that knows them.”
Lorikeet shared early results from PayJoy, a financial services provider for underserved consumers across emerging markets. Lorikeet said 30% more new customers used their credit line within 14 days.
Luis Pineda, Telesales Operations Manager at PayJoy, said: “Before Dreamweaver, it was volume-based. Now, it’s strategy-based.”
Lorikeet says Dreamweaver is available now. Businesses can sign up online, and the first 100 sign-ups receive US$1,000 of free credits.
