Logistify AI Sales Order Agent v2 is a new version of Logistify AI’s automation tool for sales order entry. It is built for manufacturers and distributors that still retype B2B purchase orders into ERP systems.

On first capture, v2 keeps the original source details, like sender, timestamp, channel, and attachments. This matters for audit trails, which are the records that help teams resolve disputes and investigate errors.

The agent then extracts the fields an ERP needs. This includes the order header, ship-to address, requested delivery date, and line items such as product description, quantity, unit of measure, and price when present. If a field is missing or unclear, v2 flags it instead of guessing.

Next, v2 matches buyer accounts and product SKUs to ERP records, including customer-specific aliases, which are the alternative product codes some buyers use. It also runs validation checks for duplicate PO numbers, pricing gaps, missing fields, and unusual quantities.

If the order passes these checks, it routes the order for ERP writeback, which means it creates the sales order record inside the ERP automatically. If it fails, a human reviewer gets the original document plus the specific failure reason and a recommended next action.

The company says the agent can sync orders into QuickBooks and other ERP systems.
