CEQUENS has named Junaid Ahmed as its Country Director for Pakistan, expanding his responsibilities in the market.

In the new role, Ahmed will run country-level operations in Pakistan. This includes legal and regulatory coordination, which means working with local rules, licensing, and compliance requirements.

Ahmed will also continue as Head of Carrier Relations and Partnerships, where he manages relationships with mobile network operators, also called MNOs (the telecom companies that provide mobile service). CEQUENS said he has helped expand its carrier network and build partnerships globally.
