AURA is now integrated into DICE Corporation dispatching tools, letting monitoring centers send private security responders for alarm or video events from one screen.
AURA says it has integrated with DICE Corporation’s dispatching tools, according to an announcement dated October 14, 2026. The goal is to make it easier for monitoring centers to send in-person private security response when an alarm or video system triggers.
DICE builds software used by alarm and video monitoring centers. In plain terms, it is the on-screen console operators use to see events, manage sites, and dispatch help. With the integration, operators can choose AURA response for a site and trigger a callout directly from the same interface.
Clear Response Monitoring and Clear Watch are the first two monitoring centers to put the integration into service. The companies they support, including security dealers, can also sell “on-demand guard response” alongside standard monitoring.
AURA runs a platform that connects alarm events to a network of vetted and state-licensed private security partners. When activated, AURA dispatches the closest available responder and oversees the callout from a 24/7 control room. The company reports an average response time of 18 minutes using proximity-based dispatch, which means the system routes the job to nearby responders.
Alarm monitoring often breaks down into multiple tools, one screen for the event and another for dispatch. Keeping dispatch inside DICE can reduce switching costs and operator error, especially during high-volume periods.
For security dealers, bundling monitoring with optional physical response could create a clearer upsell and a recurring service line. It also points to a broader trend in security tech, software platforms are becoming marketplaces for response services, not just dashboards for alerts.
