AethexAI has come out of stealth with the launch of Kora 1, which it describes as a production-grade stack for building voice AI agents in emerging markets.

A voice AI agent is software that can talk and listen like a call centre rep, but it runs on AI. “Production-grade” means it is built to run reliably in real customer environments, not just demos.

Kora 1 is positioned as an end-to-end setup, covering infrastructure, models, and deployment. In simple terms, that means the parts that host the system, the AI brain that understands speech and generates responses, and the tools to ship it into live apps.

Alongside the launch, AethexAI has opened access to its API, which is a set of programmable endpoints (like plug sockets for software) that lets developers connect their apps to AethexAI’s voice capabilities.
