MacrocareAbdallah Ebid is CEO and co-founder of Macrocare (since 2022), a medical tourism company based in Giza, Egypt. Earlier, Ebid worked in healthcare business development, including as International Marketing Supervisor in the medical tourism department at Andalusia Group for Medical Services (2018–2021) and Senior Executive Corporate Sales at Shifa Hospital.
Abdallah began in events: six years managing weddings and events at Diva Wedding Group from 2012, then market research and exhibition planning for Africa PPB Expo from 2017, studying international markets such as Tanzania and Cote d'Ivoire.
In December 2018 Abdallah joined Andalusia Group for Medical Services as an international marketing specialist in medical tourism, and became International Marketing Supervisor in January 2020, handling partner relationships and treatment plans for international patients.
A corporate sales role at Shifa Hospital in 2021 came just before Macrocare. In July 2022 Abdallah co-founded the company, building a cross-border medical tourism business out of Egypt.
Abdallah is CEO and co-founder of Macrocare, which says it uses data-driven, AI-enhanced platforms to open up healthcare for international patients, covering patient acquisition, provider partnerships, logistics and platform management.
