Individuals find the right products. Businesses reach the right audience. One platform, free for both.
Tango Brook says it now serves 150+ corporate customers after one year, growing from fuel payments into fleet management and energy spend analytics.
Tango Brook Technologies says it has reached more than 150 corporate customers, one year after launching its fuel management platform. The update was shared by executive chairman Peter Atuma at the company’s one-year anniversary event in Lagos.
Atuma said the early customer list includes large businesses and financial institutions, including Lagride, United Bank for Africa, Flour Mills of Nigeria, and Seven-Up Bottling Company. He also named CardinalStone, Indigo, Kredi, and other corporates.
The company’s first product was the Tango Fuel Card, which is a controlled way for organisations to pay for petrol and diesel without relying on cash and paper receipts. Tango Brook says the pitch is visibility and accountability, meaning companies can see who bought fuel, where it was bought, and how much was purchased.
As it grew, the company added tools it calls Tango Fleet Management and GenVault. These products aim to track vehicle fleets and generator fuel use, and flag unusual consumption patterns, which can point to leakages or fraud.
CEO David Oyo-Ita, who joined in January 2026, said the platform has expanded beyond fuel payments as customer feedback revealed broader operational needs.
Fuel and diesel expenses are a major cost line for Nigerian businesses, especially those running fleets and generators. Moving from manual fuel logs to software-based controls can reduce theft, improve budgeting, and give finance teams cleaner data.
Tango Brook’s expansion plans also show rising demand for “energy spend management” software, which sits between payments, fleet operations, and analytics. If the Southern Africa rollout happens in 2027 as planned, Tango Brook will join a growing set of African B2B SaaS companies building for multi-country enterprise customers.
