Selfany has launched Subadmin Access, letting creators invite up to three team members to manage their store while keeping payouts and bank details private.
Selfany introduced a new Subadmin Access feature in May 2026. It lets creators add up to three subadmins to help run day-to-day account tasks. Subadmins cannot see payout information, including bank details and withdrawal history.
Selfany says creators can now grant limited account access to up to three people, such as personal assistants, staff, or other team members. The goal is to make it easier to manage daily operations without sharing full control of the account.
Subadmin Access works like a role-based permission setup, which is a way to assign what someone can and cannot do inside a dashboard (similar to giving a house key that opens the front door but not the safe). Selfany says subadmins will not have access to the Payout section. That includes bank account details and a creator’s withdrawal history.
To add a subadmin, creators enter the person’s email and details in the dashboard and send an invite. The invite email includes instructions for accessing the account.
Creators can also set how long each subadmin should have access and revoke access at any time. Selfany says the update is part of a broader set of platform improvements released across its creator commerce product.
For creators selling digital products, services, or physical items, store management often becomes a team activity as orders and customer support grow. Subadmin Access gives Selfany users a way to delegate work like managing products, handling customers, and tracking sales without exposing sensitive payout data.
It also reduces a common operational risk in the creator economy, sharing a main login with assistants or staff. Time-limited and revocable access can help creators tighten basic account security while still moving faster on fulfilment and sales operations.
