Talal AlArbeed, Deputy General Manager Cards at KFH, said the partnership reflects KFH’s “commitment to supporting digital transformation for SMEs and reinforcing their competitiveness in a business environment that is witnessing rapid digital acceleration.”
KFH said the deal is part of its work to develop the Zaheb platform, which it described as a “reliable solution for payment management and advanced digital financial services for merchants.” KFH added that customers will get “exclusive benefits,” including a 15% discount on their first-year Ordable/ subscription.
KFH said Ordable/ provides an all-in-one platform that includes fully integrated online stores, smart QR menus, advanced point-of-sale (POS) systems (in-store checkout tools), and multiple digital sales channels.
Ordable/ co-founder Mona Al-Baker said the partnership enables entrepreneurs and SMEs across Kuwait to “launch online stores and scale their digital sales channels.” Co-founder Salem Marafi said Ordable/ provides e-commerce and order management tools for restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets, and said that through its collaboration with Zahab, the company aims to broaden merchant access to e-commerce and electronic payments.
KFH is positioning Zaheb and Zahab as part of a broader ecosystem for merchants that combines online sales tools with payment collection features. For SMEs, the offer bundles ordering, store setup, and in-store payments with a discounted first-year subscription to Ordable/.
