Conway has been Entersekt’s Chief Operating Officer. A COO role typically runs day-to-day execution, like operations, delivery, and internal performance. Entersekt said she helped strengthen the company’s operating model, meaning the processes and structure used to run teams and serve customers.

Nolte will become Founder and Board Member. In practice, this means he stays involved at board level and focuses on long-term strategy, market insight, product direction, regulation, and key partner relationships.

Entersekt sells authentication and payment security tools to financial institutions. Authentication is the step that verifies a user is real, like confirming a login or approving a payment. The company says it serves more than 1,100 financial institutions, with over 250 employees.
