BluWave CRM says its CRM and service tools will be offline from May 22 to May 24, 2026 during a major server upgrade for new AI features.
BluWave CRM announced a planned maintenance window that will temporarily shut down access to its CRM and service products. The company says it is performing a major server upgrade to improve system performance and to support new AI features.
AI features typically mean software functions that use machine learning to automate tasks, like drafting replies, suggesting next actions, or sorting leads, similar to an assistant that learns patterns from past work. BluWave did not share specific details on which AI capabilities are being added.
The downtime starts on Friday, 22 May 2026 at 20:00 and ends on Sunday, 24 May 2026 at 20:00. The notice says customers will have no access to either product for the full period.
On the same site, BluWave also directs users to log in to BluWave BI, its business intelligence portal, but the company did not say whether that service will be affected.
For businesses that rely on CRM software, downtime can interrupt sales and support workflows. A CRM, short for customer relationship management, is the system teams use to track leads, deals, customer history, and follow-ups.
A full weekend outage means teams may need to export key customer lists in advance, plan manual processes, and adjust any scheduled customer service coverage. It also highlights a common trade-off for SaaS companies, which is balancing new feature rollouts with reliability and uptime.
BluWave advised customers to plan ahead to minimise disruption and to contact support with questions.
