Alpha Morgan Bank Limited says it has relocated its Head Office from Abuja to Victoria Island, Lagos.
The bank says the move is part of its growth and nationwide expansion.
Alpha Morgan Bank Limited announced the relocation of its Head Office from 44 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, to 52 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The bank linked the relocation to “a new chapter” in its growth and nationwide expansion. It said the move follows milestones such as expanding its branch network across several cities.
Alpha Morgan Bank also shared early performance figures. It said that within its first 10 months of operations, it recorded Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₦1.9 billion and exceeded its capitalisation threshold.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ade Buraimo, described the move as “unique and exciting” and said it represents “an important step in our growth journey.” He said the bank’s achievements so far reflect “the dedication of our people, the trust of our customers and our commitment to building a strong, accessible and sustainable financial institution.”
Buraimo also thanked the regulator, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), for its continued support. He also expressed appreciation to the board, management, and staff.
Relocating the Head Office to Lagos places Alpha Morgan Bank in Nigeria’s largest commercial hub, as it continues to build out a nationwide presence.
The bank also highlighted non-financial activity tied to its growth plans. It said it is investing in people through inclusive recruitment, supporting communities through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, and running the quarterly Alpha Morgan Economic Review webinar with Bismarck Rewane.
Alpha Morgan Bank said it remains committed to strengthening its nationwide presence, deepening customer relationships, and creating lasting value for the communities it serves.
