Decent product. The API rate limiting is too aggressive for my use case — I hit the 100 requests/minute limit within seconds during peak hours. Support suggested upgrading to the enterprise plan but that's 10x the cost. Fine for small projects though.
Honestly disappointed after reading all the hype. The onboarding experience is confusing — I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to create my first project. The documentation is outdated and some of the screenshots don't match the current UI. Customer support took 3 days to respond to my ticket. The core functionality works, but there are way better alternatives out there with smoother UX.
I've been using this tool for about three months now and it's been great for my workflow. The UI is clean and intuitive, and I particularly like the export feature which saves me hours of manual work each week. The only downside is the mobile app is a bit buggy on Android — the navigation menu sometimes freezes. Overall though, solid product for the price.
