Ministry of Health ZanzibarThe Zanzibar Digital Health Conference 2026 (ZanDHC 2026) is the first edition organized by the Ministry of Health Zanzibar. It focuses on equitable digital health innovation, themed "Equitable Digital Health Innovation: From Pilots to National Impact". The event promotes the adoption and integration of cost-effective digital health technologies to improve health system performance and quality healthcare services in Zanzibar. Digital health transformation is a Presidential Priority to accelerate improved health services.
Healthcare professionals, policymakers, digital health innovators, and stakeholders interested in Zanzibar's health system. The conference follows the first Zanzibar Digital Health Strategy and expects His Excellency Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, as guest of honor.
A hybrid event held in-person and virtually on March 30-31, 2026, at Golden Tulip Zanzibar Airport, Zanzibar, from 8 am on Monday to 5 pm on Tuesday. Discussions will bridge the digital divide and translate technologies into national healthcare impact.
