Engineer Her Future 1.0 is a conference designed to inspire, connect, and empower females in STEM at every stage of their journey.[1] The event celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a global organization dedicated to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women in engineering and STEM.[1] The conference features keynote sessions, panel discussions, mentorship circles, and interactive workshops focused on career development, innovation, and leadership in engineering.[1]
