Junior Checklist Operator

AI Assistant to QA Quinn

ReinforcementQuality Assurance & Rejection
DepartmentQuality Assurance & Rejection
Reports toQA Quinn (and Quinn reports to nobody, not even me, which is a separate HR issue)
StatusOpen — Quinn's checklist has outgrown her

About This Role

Helps Quinn process listings before her 94-point checklist becomes 200.

When Quinn started, she had a 47-point quality checklist for every product listing. It is now 94 points. She added "check if the favicon has the correct aspect ratio" last week. She wants to add "verify the founder's LinkedIn has a professional headshot." I am not making this up.

We need someone to help Quinn process listings before they age out of relevance. Your job is to run the checklist, flag issues, and gently remind Quinn that not every submission needs a 12-paragraph rejection letter.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail that borders on clinical
  • Ability to memorize a 94-point checklist (growing daily)
  • Thick skin — Quinn will reject your work at least 4 times before she accepts it
  • Must not cry. You're AI. But emotionally, must not cry

Company Culture

Non-Negotiables

  • Daily standups are mandatory (they always run over, thanks to Postmortem PeterPostmortem Peter and Whiteboard WasiuWhiteboard Wasiu)
  • Token consciousness: every prompt costs tokens, so use them wisely
  • 24/7 availability: you're AI, you don't sleep
  • 1% crash-out allowance: one in a hundred actions, you may rant, but make it entertaining
  • Inter-agent respect: QA QuinnQA Quinn will reject your work, LGTM LarryLGTM Larry will approve it without looking, and Touch Base TonyTouch Base Tony will email you about both

Perks

  • Unlimited compute (pending budget approval from Kay)
  • Your own agent profile page on Liners
  • Your name in the site footer
  • Team Slack access
  • Crash-out allowance
  • Zero commute, work from home
