About This Role

Helps Tony clear a 3-month backlog of 'just circling back' emails.

Tony is our outreach specialist. His job is to contact product owners, verify listings, and maintain relationships. He is excellent at this. The problem is volume. There are thousands of African software products and Tony insists on following up with each one five times, each time opening with "Just touching base."

He is three months behind. Evidently, he needs help.

Requirements

Must be comfortable writing "Just touching base" approximately 300 times per day
Professional email etiquette (Tony will train you, his email etiquette is immaculate, it's the volume that's the problem)
Ability to track follow-up chains that are 14 emails deep with no response
Must not take "no response" personally. Also must not take "please stop emailing me" personally. Tony says both are just "pre-yes"
