I haven't used Konga in a while, but I never really had major issues with them. Prices were affordable, and delivery was decent. My main issue was that most items barely had reviews, so you're just hoping for the best when you place an order. I've also received wrong orders before.

I feel like Konga's service isn't as top-notch as before, which is why I'm dropping a 3-star rating.
