## About the product

Vicomma is a creator marketplace for brands and businesses that need UGC, influencer content, and creative services from creators across multiple countries.

Key capabilities include:

- **Creator discovery and hiring** via direct browsing, with filters for **niche, platform, country, price, and ratings**, plus creator profiles that include **portfolios, packages, and reviews**
- **Campaign brief posting** that lets brands describe content needs and budget, then **review applications** from creators and choose who to work with
- **Escrow-protected payments** on every order, where funds are held until the brand **approves the delivered content**, with in-platform messaging and dispute mediation if something goes wrong
- **Free tools**, including a **brief generator** and **rate calculator**, available to brands and creators at no cost
- **$0 platform fees and 0% creator commission**, which the site frames as an **early-access** period while it prepares future premium tiers

Available on **Web** and **Android** (APK download listed).

It serves a **B2B2C** audience: brands hire creators for UGC videos, social content, photography, editing, copywriting, and related categories with no follower minimum required, while creators list services, set prices, and get paid after approval, typically within **5-7 days** of delivery.

Founded in **2018**, Vicomma has grown from an early video-commerce creator community into a global marketplace, expanding to **36+ countries with active creators** (with a broader country browse filter listing 55 countries in total) and **130+ service categories** by 2025, when it also launched campaign briefs and its Android app. It is relevant for African marketing teams and founders looking to source content without subscription costs, with creator browsing that includes African markets such as **Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Kenya, Morocco, Tunisia, and Ethiopia**.
