> The app is basic for a loan app. The app isn't fully developed, as it doesn't have standardized process, from completing full sign up to KYC verification. Only info I was asked was phone number and contact info. I also couldn't access my profile based on the few details already provided. There were also several access I was asked to granted on my phone, which worries me. While going through the loan t&c, my name wasn't included. Again, the app doesn't give much options to select when choosing the tenure of loan repayment. It took about 5 minutes for the app to give a response on the loan status, which is a long time
