> My experience with timon was excellent starting from the sign up to the kyc verification was easy I spent not less than 5 minutes in completing my details and my first funding was instant not having to face challenge to do the transfer I used a local banking to transfer money into my timon account which was transferred to usd and the exchange rate was also displayed in the app every part of creating and getting the virtual card was easy I even used the welcome promo to get a discount for the creation of the card. I love the app.

> My experience with Timon was pretty good overall. I signed up, completed my kyc verification, explored the app, and made a deposit. The app was easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out. The transaction process was smooth and fast, especially as a first-time user.

> Creating an account on Timon has to be the easiest signups I have ever done. It was a seamless experience. Offering a 30% discount on their virtual card also made it affordable for me to purchase. Great UI also.

> The user experience had me a bit confused. The fintech applications I have used have a naira wallet that's separate from a dollar wallet, allowing you deposit in naira which you can convert to USD on the app. Timon is different, as it converts the naira automatically to USD when the fund enters the account. I also noticed a delay which seemed like an app freeze when waiting for KYC verification. Overall, the app isn't like the other conventional fintech apps, as all transactions, regardless of currency, originates from only one wallet

> It was an okay experience honestly. Signing up was easy and the 30% discount made purchasing a virtual card appealing to me. Although, when my KYC got verified, I only got notified via mail and a pop up message from them. The only thing I found bothersome for me was a third-party being used to collect my KYC information. They did assure me that my information is safe and I hope it is though.
