> Nice experience in all. App showed live tracking, although not accurately but the app was easy to use at first try. Delivery was a different issue though. Delivery took too long and I am guessing its why there was no estimated time shown on the app.

> I've only used Swoop once, and my experience was generally okay. It took a bit longer than expected for the rider to get to the restaurant and for my order to be dispatched, especially considering it was a small order. However, the rider found my location easily, and I didn't experience any other issues.
