Adeyinka Samuel, popularly known as Ramos of Lagos: he went from selling several houses in a day, to developing and selling his own houses, to now building a tech platform that's set to change an entire industry…all at the same time.

| Start | The Onset of Ramos Adeyinka's Story | Before becoming a property developer or getting into the real estate market, Ramos was a young man selling Forever Living products and discovering something about himself that would decide his next fifteen years. He was good at the art of selling, and he would show up from 6am to 11pm. |
| Rise | Closing Eight Properties in a Single Day | He would scout real estate properties every single day of the week. And then, at night, sit in the videographer's house and edit the footage together. Post it. Sleep a little. Do it again. It all paid off soon enough. So much that Ramos could close eight properties in a single day. And the morning after a day like that, he was back on the streets scouting, shooting, editing videos. |
| Leap | A Cold-Calling Season in Dubai | On an introspection to do something different, Ramos sought to test the waters elsewhere, in an emerging real estate market. In Nigeria, he got many buyers from Instagram and social media. In Dubai, it was the opposite. He had to cold call, network, walk up to people, build a website, and many more. Selling to different nationalities. Dubai also exposed him to high networth clients. |
| Now | Building Expert Listing, While Running Real Estate in Dubai & Nigeria | Expert Listing came to life, a proptech platform in Nigeria that solves the problem of house hunting. Ramos was already solving problems, but now he wanted to solve problems at scale. He is doing it while still developing in Nigeria and selling in Dubai, all at the same time. |

## Story

Follow one refusal on a half-finished floor far enough, and it takes you out of an estate in Lekki, through a development site in Ajah, into a cold-calling season in Dubai, and eventually… into a property platform he believes can fix an entire industry.

Growth has not been linear. You're in different aspects of your life and nothing is the actual peak yet. From selling houses back then, to developing houses in Nigeria, to selling properties in Dubai, building Expert Listing, and now doing it all at the same time...the growth hasn't been linear. It's been a graph of highs and lows. Above all, I'm very grateful to God for this journey. I'm nothing without God.
