> I’ve used OPay for 8 months mainly for transfers, bill payments, and airtime. The app is fast and the interface is simple, even with low data. Transfers to other banks usually reflect in under a minute, and cashback on airtime/data is a nice bonus. Customer support via chat is responsive, though resolving disputes can take 24-48hrs. Fees are lower than some competitors, but there are occasional network downtimes during peak hours. The OPay card works well for POS and online payments. Overall, it’s reliable for daily transactions. If stability improves, it’d be my top fintech app.
