## About the product

NSIA Banque is the banking arm of the pan-African **NSIA Group**, serving **individuals** and **businesses** with everyday banking, financing, savings, and digital self-service across several West African markets, including Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Togo, Senegal, and Guinea.

Key capabilities include:
- **Retail accounts and daily banking**: current account formulas to receive income and manage deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and transfers; NSIA Banque CI, for example, offers dedicated formulas for **public sector agents** and **young people/students**
- **Cards and payments**: debit and prepaid cards for ATM withdrawals and in-store or online payments, including **3D Secure** for online purchases
- **Loans and financing**: **personal**, **consumer**, **education**, and **real estate** loans, including "**avance sur rappel**" where applicable
- **Savings and investment products**: classic savings accounts and products such as **PEL/PEC**, **retirement savings**, and **term deposits (DAT)**

Available via **Web** (public site, client space, and **NSIA Banque Direct**) and via **mobile apps** on **Android** and **iOS**.

Target users include retail customers, professionals, **SMEs/PMI**, large enterprises, and investors/shareholders.

NSIA's banking operations were recently reorganized into a dedicated sub-holding, **NSIA Holding Financière**, formalized by March 2026 to centralize governance across its banking subsidiaries under West African Economic and Monetary Union banking regulation. Group ownership has also consolidated: in 2025, **Manzima Holding**, the investment vehicle of Ivorian businessman Jean Kacou Diagou, raised its stake in parent company NSIA Participations from 46.67% to 68.73% after acquiring the 22.6% stake held by Canada's National Bank of Canada, which exited the group. NSIA Banque CI remains notable in the Ivorian market for its large physical footprint (over **80 agencies** and **120+ ATMs**), a **24/7 customer relations center**, and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
