Nigerian lender [Zedvance](/zedvance) has appointed Professor Pius ‘Deji Olanrewaju as Chairman of its Board of Directors. The appointment is effective July 1, 2026, but it is pending approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria, also known as the CBN, which regulates licensed financial institutions.
