## Content

## In Short

Eligible customers are those on packages priced at TZS 70,000 and above. TTCL says they will receive landline phones at no extra cost.

## What Happened: TTCL Adds Free Landline Phones To T-Fiber Triple Hub
[TTCL](/ttcl) says it has officially launched the distribution of landline phones, without additional charges, to Faiba Mlangoni Kwako (FTTH) customers who use packages priced at TZS 70,000 and above.

The company says the offer is part of its strategy to add value to its service and improve customer experience. TTCL Commercial Director Vedastus Mwita said the changes show the company’s commitment to developing services that meet customer needs and match changes in technology.

TTCL said the free landline phone service is meant to increase the value customers get through its T-Fiber Triple Hub package.

Mwita said, “Lengo letu ni kuhakikisha wateja wetu wanapata huduma zaidi kupitia kifurushi chetu cha T-Fiber Triple Hub, huku wakinufaika na urahisi na thamani ya huduma wanazolipia,” which translates to a goal of giving customers more services through the package while improving convenience and value for what they pay.

TTCL also said landline phone service is important for family, social, and business communication. It added that small and medium businesses can use the service to communicate with customers, employees, and business partners.

## Why It Matters
Bundling landline calling into fibre home broadband can make a higher priced package more attractive for households and small businesses that still rely on fixed phone lines.

TTCL encouraged customers to choose packages priced at TZS 70,000 and above to qualify. It also invited people who are not yet using Faiba Mlangoni Kwako to visit the TTCL website and register to be connected in areas where the infrastructure is available.
