## What Happened
[Société Tunisienne de Banque (STB)](/societe-tunisienne-de-banque) published the evaluation result for tender AO23/2026, a “mission d’apurement des comptes comptables figés.” In plain terms, this is a cleanup project to resolve frozen accounting accounts, meaning ledger entries that have been stuck and not reconciled or closed.

STB said the bidder ranked number one, the Groupement Guerfala Wajdi–CNH–Achraf Farjallah, submitted the best-value offer and met the technical requirements in the tender document.

The bank set the total contract amount at TND 315,000 excluding VAT, and TND 374,850 including VAT.

STB also stated that no complaints will be accepted after three days from the date of posting.
