## What Happened
Pharmarun Stash is a new subscription service from [Pharmarun](/pharmarun) that sends customers medicines packed into dose-by-dose pouches. Each pouch is labelled with a specific date and time, so patients can see what to take in the morning, afternoon, or night.

In a blog post announcing the launch, CEO and co-founder Teniola Adedeji said the idea became urgent after her 89-year-old grandmother’s prescriptions changed. Her pill count rose to eight a day, and the family later noticed uneven use, meaning some pills were being taken more than others.

The service is positioned as an alternative to loose blister packs and pillboxes. Instead of sorting tablets at home, customers receive pre-sorted packs designed to reduce confusion and missed doses. Pharmarun also plans to include daily motivational or funny quotes on packs for people who want discreet delivery and an extra reminder to stay consistent.
