# Kuda Updates Kuda Business App With New Dashboard Layout

Kuda has redesigned the Kuda Business app, adding a Bills tab, a unified Send screen, and a single POS view for sales and transaction history.

Kuda has rolled out a redesigned Kuda Business app interface. The update moves key actions to the dashboard, groups POS activity in one tab, and adds a dedicated Bills section.

## What Happened
Kuda said it has updated the [Kuda](/kuda) Business app to help business users complete common tasks in fewer steps.

The new dashboard puts four frequent actions at the top, Send, Move, Bills, and Card. In practice, this is a shortcut for common payments and money management actions, so merchants do not need to dig through menus.

Navigation has also been reorganised around five bottom tabs, Home, Send, POS, Merchants, and Hub. Kuda says these are the areas business customers use most.

A key change is how POS is presented. POS, meaning point of sale tools that help merchants accept and track payments in-store, now has a single section that includes POS accounts, sales, and transaction history. This makes it easier to review daily takings or find an older customer payment without switching screens.

Kuda also renamed its Business Centre to Merchant. Tools for selling and operations, such as inventory setup, order checks, and customer billing, now sit under the Merchant area.

For recurring expenses, the app now has a dedicated Bills tab for payments like electricity, internet, airtime, and TV subscriptions.

Transfers are also more centralised. The Send screen now combines transfers, payment requests, and beneficiaries in one place. It supports bulk transfers and recurring transfers, and it lets users view pending staff requests without leaving the screen.

## Why It Matters
For African SMEs, time spent jumping between screens can slow down day-to-day operations. Putting bill payments, transfers, and POS reporting closer to the home screen can reduce friction for businesses that rely on the app for cash flow, expense tracking, and supplier payments.

It also signals where business banking apps are heading in Nigeria, towards clearer navigation, faster payments, and tighter links between merchant tools and transaction data.
