Guaranty Trust Holding Company plc, also known as GTCO, has confirmed the exchange rate it will use to translate its interim dividend for shareholders who hold shares on the London Stock Exchange.

The company said the USD translation rate is ₦1,339.74 per $1.

## What Happened: GTCO’s USD Dividend Translation Rate For LSE Holders
GTCO said the exchange rate applies to the interim dividend for the 2026 financial year payable to shareholders holding their shares on the London Stock Exchange.

The company stated that the exchange rate for United States Dollar currency translation is ₦1,339.74 per $1.

GTCO also referred to an earlier announcement dated September 29, 2026 about the interim dividend for the half year period ended June 30, 2026. In that earlier notice, the company said the dividend payable to shareholders listed on the London Stock Exchange would be settled in USD.
