## What Happened: Fusepay Fuse360 AI OS For Trade Businesses
[Susepay](/fusepay) says Fuse360 brings core back-office tools into one platform. That includes inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and retailer relationship tracking.

Fuse360 is described as AI-native, meaning AI features are built into the product from day one, not added later. In practical terms, this usually means the software can help automate routine steps like creating invoices, following up on unpaid bills, and flagging stock issues, instead of relying on manual checks.

Payments still sit at the center of the stack. Fusepay says transactions inside Fuse360 are processed through FusePay, its existing payments product, so a business can manage operations and money movement in the same system.

The launch comes about eight months after Fusepay introduced its digital payments platform in Seychelles. The company also raised $350,000 in pre-seed funding in August 2025.

Fusepay is headquartered in Seychelles, where the government has been pushing stronger AI adoption. The country ranked among Africa’s top three in Oxford Insights’ 2020 Government AI Readiness Index.

## Why It Matters: Payments Plus ERP Software For African Distribution
Many trade businesses run on a patchwork of tools, spreadsheets, and paper. Fusepay is pitching Fuse360 as a way to reduce that fragmentation, so sales teams, finance teams, and warehouse staff work from the same data.

This move also reflects a wider fintech pattern in Africa, payments companies adding workflow software to keep merchants in their ecosystem. If Fusepay can bundle payments with inventory, invoicing, and credit tracking, it could improve retention and open up new revenue lines, including software subscriptions and credit-linked services.
