## Content

## In Short
- Flowgear has signed a strategic partnership with TD SYNNEX.
- The deal targets Microsoft partners that need faster, safer system integration.
- The offer includes prebuilt Microsoft Dynamics connectors and tooling aimed at enterprise AI readiness.

## What Happened
Flowgear, an integration and orchestration platform, has partnered with TD SYNNEX to expand distribution across the Microsoft partner ecosystem. Integration here means connecting different software systems so data can move between them, like linking your CRM (customer records) to your finance and inventory tools.

Through TD SYNNEX, partners can now procure and deploy [Flowgear](/flowgear) to automate integration work and standardise how data flows across apps. Flowgear says it is built on Microsoft Azure and aligns with the Microsoft stack, including .NET. The company also highlighted its library of prebuilt connectors for major Microsoft products, including Microsoft Dynamics.

A key focus is “governed integration”. This means integration work happens with built-in rules for security, access control, and auditing, so organisations can track what data moved, where it went, and who approved it. That governance layer is becoming more important as more companies push AI features into business workflows.

Flowgear also pointed to its AI capabilities, including Builder MCP and Workflow MCP. In simple terms, these tools help teams build integrations faster with AI assistance, while keeping policy and security guardrails in place.

## Why It Matters
For Microsoft-focused IT services firms, the hard part is often not buying new software, it is making systems work together reliably. Prebuilt connectors can reduce custom development time and cost, especially when integrating Dynamics with ERP, CRM, finance, and commerce platforms.

For organisations planning more AI adoption in 2027, the partnership is also a signal that “AI readiness” is moving beyond models and chat tools. Clean, governed data pipelines and controlled system access are becoming prerequisites, because AI systems are only as useful as the data and business systems they can safely reach.
