## What Happened: Capitec Bank CBL32 Interest And Redemption
[Capitec Bank](/capitec-bank) Limited published an “interest payment and capital redemption notification” for its CBL32 notes.

The notice lists the bond code as CBL32 and the ISIN as ZAG000200288.

Capitec said the notes carry an 8.063% coupon, which is the interest rate used to calculate payments.

The interest period runs from 31 July 2026 to 01 November 2026. The interest amount due for that period is R15,408,061.65.

Capitec also reported a capital amount due of R750,000,000.00, which is the redemption of the principal.

The payment date is 02 November 2026, with a “following business day” date convention.
