## What Happened
[BluWave CRM](/bluwave-crm) announced a planned maintenance window that will temporarily shut down access to its CRM and service products. The company says it is performing a major server upgrade to improve system performance and to support new AI features.

AI features typically mean software functions that use machine learning to automate tasks, like drafting replies, suggesting next actions, or sorting leads, similar to an assistant that learns patterns from past work. BluWave did not share specific details on which AI capabilities are being added.

The downtime starts on Friday, 22 May 2026 at 20:00 and ends on Sunday, 24 May 2026 at 20:00. The notice says customers will have no access to either product for the full period.

On the same site, BluWave also directs users to log in to BluWave BI, its business intelligence portal, but the company did not say whether that service will be affected.
