## Content

## In Short
- Apartner is partnering with Uber Sri Lanka to give residents exclusive offers on Uber rides and Uber Eats.
- The discounts will be available inside the Apartner app.
- The offers cover food delivery and grocery orders, alongside ride services.

## What Happened
Apartner announced a new partnership with Uber Sri Lanka to add resident perks for transport and delivery. Apartner is a digital property management platform, meaning it helps apartment communities handle day-to-day building services through an app.

With this deal, residents in Apartner-managed communities can access exclusive Uber ride offers and [Uber Eats](/uber-eats) discounts through the benefits section of the Apartner app. Uber Eats is Uber’s food delivery service, and in this partnership the offers also apply to grocery orders.

Apartner’s leadership said the goal is to make apartment living more convenient by bringing services residents already use into one place. Uber Sri Lanka’s delivery team said the partnership helps it reach more apartment communities, while giving residents added value on daily services.

## Why It Matters
For Apartner, adding ride-hailing and on-demand delivery perks strengthens its “resident benefits” strategy. This is the bundle of discounts and services that property management apps use to keep residents engaged and to make the app feel useful beyond paying dues or reporting repairs.

For Uber Sri Lanka, distribution matters. Apartment buildings can concentrate demand in one location, which can improve delivery efficiency and help with repeat usage.

More broadly, the partnership shows how property management apps are turning into service marketplaces. Instead of only managing facilities, they are starting to act as a front door for mobility, food, and other everyday purchases.
