It combines six integrated modules around a single patient identity and record:

- **AphiaOne (HMIS)** for clinical workflows, visit tracking, revenue reconciliation, lab turnaround visibility, and clinical alerts.
- **AphiaRx (pharmacy management)** for dispensing with **prescription verification** to help pharmacies confirm whether a prescription is real and current.

- **Mediwrite (underwriting)** for closed-loop underwriting for medical schemes.
