## About the product

Logesco School is a school management software for African educational institutions, built for schools, colleges, high schools, universities, and training centers that need to centralize administration, academics, and finance.

Key capabilities include:
- **Admissions and student records**: manage pre-registrations, registrations, student dossiers, automatic student IDs, transfers, and required document checks; import students from CSV/Excel or other databases.
- **Grades, exams, and report cards**: capture grades (by student or class), import grades from Excel, generate averages, rankings, report cards, transcripts, and exam documents (including processes such as deliberations and class councils).
- **Fees and accounting**: configure **fee schedules** (tranches/régimes), record receipts and expenses, track **debts and solvency**, and support follow-up on outstanding balances.
- **Attendance, discipline, and communications**: record absences and justifications, incidents and sanctions, manage discipline council workflows, and send **bulk or automated SMS** to parents, students, and staff for notices such as absences, grades, and payment status.

Available on **Web**, with two named mobile apps described on the site, **Logesco Mobile Enseignant** for teachers and **Logesco Mobile Élève/Parent** for students and parents, though no direct App Store or Google Play listing could be independently confirmed for either.

It targets **B2B** buyers such as school owners, administrators, bursars, and school groups (including multi-site structures), with end-user access for teachers, parents, and students based on role permissions.

Notable in the African context, the vendor lists deployments across **Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Chad, Gabon, Guinea, DR Congo, Mauritania, and Benin**, and positions the product as configurable for different cycles, grading rules, and school structures. Logesco School is a brand of **DIDACSOFT**, headquartered in **Douala (Makepe), Cameroon**, and also offers related products such as Logesco MyUniversity, SecuAccess (biometric access control), and Logesco Cloud hosting; contact via **infos@logesco.org**.
