> My experience has been disappointing overall. While the app offers many products and occasional discounts, there are too many issues that make shopping stressful. Some items don’t match their descriptions, delivery can be delayed, and customer support is not always helpful when problems come up. The app layout is decent, but performance can be slow during sales periods. Refunds and returns also take longer than they should. There’s potential, but the platform still needs major improvements in reliability and quality control. 2/5 stars.
