## About the product

Farm Support Innovation is an IoT hardware and farm-management software platform for African smallholder and mid-scale agricultural operators across poultry, greenhouses, smart irrigation, cold chain, and aquaculture.

Key capabilities include:

- **PENKEEP IoT monitoring** that reports **temperature, humidity, ammonia, and CO₂ every 30 seconds**, designed to run over local Wi‑Fi so monitoring continues when internet connectivity drops
- **Autonomous equipment control** via PENKEEP, including controlling **heaters and fans** (aquaculture materials also reference automatic **aerator** control)
- **FS Manager operational record-keeping** for items such as **feed, water, mortality, weights, vaccinations, and sales**, with computed metrics like **feed conversion**, **mortality trends**, **vaccination compliance**, and **profit per cycle**
- **Alerts and benchmark tracking** that flag when performance drifts from breeder standards (including **Aviagen, Cobb, and Hy‑Line** references), plus **PDF exports** described as bank-ready

Available on **Web** (browser).

It targets **B2B farm businesses** in Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon, and other African markets, including poultry producers, greenhouse growers, irrigation-managed fields, cold-chain facility operators, and aquaculture farms.

Notable in the regional context, the company reports **5,000+ farms served**, **2,800+ pens monitored**, and **220,000+ records logged** (company-reported), and states that **PENKEEP units are hand-assembled in Ogun, Nigeria**. Pricing is paid with a free start option; poultry pricing is listed as **one token per bird per production cycle**, with **no subscription or recurring fee**, and optional additional hardware costs.
